Position Overview

The position of Remodeling Project Manager is a key position within Wisler Plumbing. The remodeling project manager ensures all remodeling project schedules are planned for and running smoothly, meets all financial goals and customers are extremely satisfied. The position requires exceptional interpersonal and communcation skills in order to effectively communicate wtih the client as well as employees. 

This position reports to the Operations Manager. Key stakeholders include the President, leadership team, field employees, office employees, vendor/suppliers/contractors and the customer.


  • A minimum of three years of successful experience in residental remodeling
  • Effective and professional communication skills
  • Work references from past supervisors, managers and co-workers
  • Clean driving record - no moving violations
  • Clean background check and acceptable work/character references
  • Preemployment and random drug testing

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure accurate and efficient job costing and work scheduling for each project including sub contractors, installers and site inspections
  • Act proactively to ensure all material requirements for each project are available within a just-in-time culture
  • Own and manage communcations to ensure all stakeholders are clear about project expectations and changes
  • Perform quality control reviews, change order reviews and ensure all stakeholders are proactively informed of all schedule changes and issues.
  • Ensure field work, punch list and invoicing to the customer are managed effectively and completed in a timely manner
